Programming
Our new centre is a significant expansion of service capacity, incorporating new centre-based opportunities and enhanced program options designed to cater to a wider range of needs and preferences. In addition to our existing one-hour weekly programs, SLS will now offer multi-targeted programs and extended session times, providing a more comprehensive and flexible service delivery model. Clients will now have the option to participate in multi-week sessions, ranging from multiple sessions a week to daily half-day or full-day programming plans.

Am Badwall, Ph.D., BCBA, RBA, OCT, is a distinguished practitioner, educator, and advocate with nearly 30 years of experience in Autism intervention and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As the founder and Executive Director of Missing Links, she has pioneered a Progressive ABA approach that blends evidence-based practices with a focus on functional skill development and individualized learning. Her expertise spans clinical programming, curriculum development, and professional training, shaping best practices in Autism services.
Beyond her clinical leadership, Am is a seasoned business executive, overseeing all aspects of Missing Links, from strategic growth and financial operations to staff development and program execution. Her ability to merge clinical excellence with strong business acumen has established her as a leader in the field. Sought after by educators, clinicians, and organizations, she provides consultation on refining programming, developing high-quality Progressive ABA services, and implementing effective intervention strategies.
Am also contributes to higher education as a guest lecturer, practicum supervisor, and part-time faculty member, developing Special Education and ABA curricula. She has designed and delivered professional training programs, including online courses, broadening access to Progressive ABA education globally. Actively engaged in advocacy, she serves on various boards to influence policy and expand resources for children, families, and professionals. As a BCBA and RBA, she remains committed to advancing the field and providing the missing link in Autism education and intervention.
