GoAction is a program to about procrastination and executive functioning skills. This program loos at the characteristics of procrastination, how procrastination causes problem, and how to break goals down into smaller steps and manage set-backs.
GoCharge!
This anger transformation program focuses on why anger is a healthy emotion and how to deal with anger, frustration, and big reactions to situations.
GoMindset!
Increase neuroplasticity by moving from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset.

GoToTheNow!
Go To The Now! is a program that leads youth through a sequence of research-based mindfulness exercises - exercises that have been shown to boost attention, increase compassion, regulate emotions, calm the nervous system, enhance adaptability, and cultivate resilience.
Your youth will learn that mindfulness means paying attention to the present moment and observing one’s thoughts and feelings without judging them. At the heart of this practice is the idea that you are not your thoughts, and with this understanding, it becomes easier to know that challenging emotions (and even situations) are not forever - they will pass!
GoPositive!
Explore negative self-talk, self-doubt, and how to break free from the negative thought cycles. This programming looks at transforming our relations with negative thoughts and how to separate thoughts and feelings from our senses of self-worth.
GoStrengths!
GoStrengths! is a comprehensive social and emotional learning program focusing on 8 vital skills including goal-setting, optimistic thinking, problem-solving, resilience, character strengths, emotional regulation, social skills, and self-confidence.
Participants will learn & practice through activities, practice, animations and more!
GoZen!
The GoZen! anxiety relief program is broken down into 8 modules that teach youth how to understand & control their anxiety & worry. And because stress, pressure, and challenges are part of everyday life, these are skills children can use forever.
Sessions use videos, activities, and practice to help cultivate social and emotional learning.
Zones of Regulation - Level 3
Using the updated digital Zones of Regulation, our level 3 Zones focuses on cognitive strategies. A solid Zones foundation is recommended prior to completing this level. Skills targeted include:
Develop perspective-taking skills
Integrate situational awareness with self-awareness to determine how to regulate
Identify triggers and sparks that impact regulation
Learn why regulation matters in relation to goals and well-being
Identify, practice, and utilize effective regulation and wellness tools/strategies
Understand when and how to use tools
Build positive decision-making and problem-solving skills
